The Center for Comparative Law organizes an International Conference on European Delict which will be held on November 24 and 25, 2016 in the building of the Law Faculty of the Charles University, Prague 1, nám. Curieových 7, Room No 38. The aim of the COnference is to analyse Article 7 TEU – the Article which protects the European Union against political development in one or more Member States that undermines values on which the common association stands. The conference language is English, there is no registration fee and you are very welcome!
