  • Execution of German Court decisions in the Czech Republic;

  • Consumer protection activities (consumer protection in banking);
  • Establishing and ending of labour contracts according to Czech labour law

  • Since 2004 with bnt | attorneys-at-law, s.r.o. as attorney at law in Prague (Czech Republic); German lawyer (since 1996), European / Czech Lawyer (since 2004/2009); member of bnt’s employment and insolvency & restructuring practice group;
  • 1999-2003, OSCE – Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe – in Tallinn / Estonia and Warsaw / Poland, 1st secretary, rule-of-law officer (legal issues, international law, minority law);
  • 1996-1999 law firm in Frankfurt / Oder (Germany)

  • University Viadrina in Frankfurt / Oder (Germany); dissertation (Ph.D) on European and Polish Consumer Law (published in 2001);

  • Various publications on European and Czech consumer law, on Czech labour law, on Czech insolvency law (all in WiRO since 2004 and with the Center for International Legal Studies) and on minority protection in Europe, especially the Baltic States (Osteuropa-Recht in 2004 and 2005)
