Throughout his professional career, he deals with law of capital markets, investment instruments and collective investment, also with corporate law including M&A and insolvency law; he is concerned also with tort law, particularly in the area of claims for damages and non-material damage, as well as criminal law, especially economic offences or management misdemeanors, and finally tax-legal issues.
Course of education:
At the beginning of the 1990s he graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague – specialization: laser physics and optoelectronics; then when working in financial sector he studied and graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague.
