Andreas Frössel studied law and political science at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2011, BA 2011, MA 2017) and holds a doctoral degree in Business Law from the University of Economics and Business (Dr. iur. 2018), where he has also worked for several years as a Research and Teaching Assistant. His doctoral thesis on the violation of contractual claims by third parties in tort law was published in 2019. He has previously worked as a clerk at the Austrian Supreme Court and is currently working at the Austrian Constitutional Court. His research focusses on Civil and Civil Procedure law.
