Academic and research staff
Scientific researcher at the Centre for Comparative Law, Law Faculty, Charles University Prague. She studied law at the Charles University (Mgr., Ph.D.), West-Bohemian University (JUDr.) and at the University of Passau, Germany (LL.M.eur.). After completing her studies, she was working for three years in Vienna at the Institute for European Tort Law, Austrian Academy of Sciences. When she returned to Prague she made a 3 years training at a law office, specialising there at competition law. Her research addresses competition law, and especially private enforcement of competition law, and civil law, and especially law of obligations.
