Lucie Josková graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2004 (Master of Arts). She completed her LL.M. degree specializing in corporate law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich in 2006 (DAAD scholarship). In 2009 Lucie Josková completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University with theses “The position of a minority shareholder – a comparison of Czech and German law“. Lucie Josková has cooperated since 2009 with the Centre for Comparative Law of Charles University. Since 2013 she has been lecturer in the department for business law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. Lucie Josková specializes in corporate law and the law of trust.
